In case the Grandparents were wondering...

you haven't received any recent portraits of the kiddos lately because it seems every time I'm about to take one of them to get their picture taken, THIS happens...

bumps, bruises, scrapes, cuts, rashes, bad haircuts,
or in THIS instance a BUSTED LIP.

I had every INTENTION of taking Cohen to get his 1st year birthday portrait taken @ a photo studio, but 2 days before his 1st birthday he lost his balance while walking on the tile and did a total face plant, busting his lip open! Poor child.

As for the birthday portrait... well, I may just have to try again in a year. Hopefully THEN he won't have any bumps or bruises. Doubtful, but certainly worth hoping for, right???
